R. STAHL intends to select and introduce a new product configuration tool. The reorientation of the configurator strategy has become necessary because, on the one hand, there is no uniform company-wide configurator, the “IC Conf” configurator, which is used frequently today, no longer meets the requirements and, on the other hand, the provider of the existing tool has been sold to a company outside the industry.
