Consultant SAP Logistics / Supply Chain

At neocore you have the chance to gain insights into large customer structures in the automotive & energy segment. You can be an active team member, immerse yourself in the logistics world around SAP and the future world of S/4 HANA. There is a good mix of large customer projects, and yet strong individuality & flexibility within our team neocore, where we work together very trustfully and self-organization & self-design is in 1st place.

Your projects & tasks:

• Your project assignment will be very interdisciplinary: across other collaboration partners and large project structures. And often we are exactly the link between IT and business, very exciting
• We help customers transform from SAP ECC to the S/4 HANA world: an exciting journey that you can help shape
• Short-term responsibility for topics such as SAP BOMs and medium-term option to develop into an SAP trainer or into partial project management, depending on your strengths
• An important task in everyday project work is requirements management at the customer’s –> formulating requirements in a practical way and tracking them through to the project, incl. Continuous documentation & testing
• Basis in the daily project work is the assistance in the PMO, support in research and general project management. Project management
• You also have the opportunity to contribute to our company in a cross-functional way, e.g. for internal team development, office ideas 2023, for ideas in the area of human resources, etc. / you are welcome to contribute creatively.

What you’ll ideally bring:

• Communication skills are one of the most important skills for this position: for meetings & workshops towards the customer (F2F and remote) and also to communicate internally in a transparent way
• Curiosity, desire & first practical experience with SAP (ideally with the logistics modules, MM/PP or SD): Our customers like to emphasize certifications, so one is highly desirable
• Business administration or technical studies or even an apprenticeship are a good foundation
• Self-organization is also a very important skill, as you will enjoy the freedom of managing your own projects, and there will also always be normal knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
• Deeper module knowledge as well as practical project management knowledge we can gladly learn & expand together
• Willingness to travel, at the moment our customer projects mean that we are on site for approx. 20% of the time and can be completely flexible in terms of time and place the rest of the time.

Your environment:

You are free to choose your place of residence (HomeOffice contract), currently we work remote-first with an approx. 20% share at the customer’s site. In 2023, we may also plan an office for team meetings in Frankfurt or Berlin. In the team we live strongly from each other and knowledge exchange – so you can benefit from a high level of experience in SAP.
